not happy. My mum went there to get a haircut she was on time, she said she needed to go bathroom and came back for someone to tell her they had moved on to next client. Came in with uneven, blotchy bleached damaged hair that has chunks of it snapped at the crown from a different more ‘luxurious’ salon. Lisa had me walking out price attack with much softer hair, dark roots & a beautiful dark pink blend at the tips as discussed during consultation. So happy & relieved to finally have hair that makes me feel confident again!

I had a wedding in Darwin, I came up from Melbourne, I loved my hair however, for just curls, no washing or drying needed, I think $90 is way too expensive and unfortunately, when I come back up to Darwin which I do every year I won't go back, its an absolute rip off

Customer service is lacking. Won't come back again. I booked in at 11am. But when I arrived they told me they are too busy to cut my hair because I requested a restyle which involves more work. You Should mention this in the phone call at the appointment booking phone call,  not tell a customer to leave when they already here for appointment. Very disappointing.

ask for maya she is the best i went today for my hair cut and hair colour my hair was so damaged i had a problem of hair fall from last few weeks. maya give me a hair clr hair treatment and hair cut i look totally different and am so happy
