I asked for a trim, long layers and half a head of normal highlights. I paid $250 and this was the result. Layers were choppy you cant even see them, highlights were thick on one side of my head and not blended at all, the back on my hair was so uneven and poorly done. When I complained lady claimed that she had never had a customer complain therefore my complaint was invalid. I received a refund on the choppy poorly done layers and trim but am now realising how bad it actually is. I’m embarrassed to go outside. They also managed to stain my top with an insane amount of bleach. I recommend not coming here

As A hairdresser myself I am fussy and see more technical faults very easily. However every time I have been in to see charolette and her staff I have always been very happy with my hair and the service. The salon has a very welcoming and comfortable environment The coffee is good, there is plenty of free parking and the prices affordable. Went in for a chemical hair straightening 5 hour session, thrilled to say Charlotte is just fantastic at what she does! Extremely professional and very helpful in terms of advising how to maintain healthy hair. Also very reasonably priced! Cindy also made sure that I was very comfortable and not bored. Its a fun environment and these girls are absolutely friendly and good at what they do :

I did my colour and hair cut just ten days ago.. just after a one wash, the bleach starts appearing... the colour is not up to standed as its already faded.. not sure whats wrong with this place. Not going there here after..They charged me  $300 for a cut and colur which was fine if I could keep the colour atleast for couple of weeks..

The place and people are very humble and cordial. I am very happy with my hair treatment went for a hair straightening, after the treatment got a lot of compliments esp from boys  lol. The owner who did my hair gave me a free sample shampoo and conditioner along with few serums and hair masks. I would be going back to them and would recommend everyone to try them for once truly good value for every penny.
