While this salon looks budget, it's priced at the mid-higher end of the price range. But...it's so worth it. Mahsa really knows her stuff. Her consultation was excellent, she understood exactly what I was after, and really listened to me when I told her  what did and didn't work on my hair. Having had a succession of awful hairdressing experiences since moving from Sydney, and then having my hard found hairdresser move away; I will definitely be back. Great blonde. Great cut. Not a great "salon-experience", but that hardly matters when you have great hair.

This morning I called up and asked if I could come in and get my nose pierced. The lady said it was fine and to come at 1pm, she quoted me $40. 
I came at 12:50 and told the lady at the counter I had an appointment for a nose piercing at 1, she advised me that they didn't pierce noses just ears. I explained that I had spoken to a lady and that she told me quoted me on the price and booked me in for 1 pm. 
I drove 40 minutes to get to carindale and I felt extremely let down and annoyed. 
I don't understand how this can happen??

I bought a conical curler for my girlfriend from this store. Apart from some very snarky service, we found that the curler had obviously been used and returned as all the packaging was ripped open and there was a strand of hair still on the curler. Not exactly what you want when you are giving it as a gift.
