BEWARE- If you want your hair to turn to stretchy jelly when wet, and then be dry and snap off when you gently comb it, then come here. I have been getting a half head of foils for several decades without a problem. That was until I visited Kellie. I would have been forgiving if she had of apologised, but instead she tried to make it into my problem. She also insisted that I go home with the treatment in, instead of having it dried in the salon, and on the previous visit she tried to get me to go home with the foils in my hair- so that I could do the housework and then come back. Truly terrible service. This was in November and I have since been going to another amazing hairdresser -at a different salon- who despite achieving an even better shade of blonde, has caused zero damage. It's such a shame that i have to wait for Kellies mistreatment of my hair to grow out! They didn't even offer a refund! Do not go here.

Awesome customer service! Phoebe goes the extra mile and is such a talented hairdresser. Never had such a good experience at a salon.

All the staff were lovely! Had a great male stylist that made my experience comfortable, was worth every cent! A++++

After visiting the salon, I can see why there are so many 5 star reviews! Taylor is the hairdresser you wished you found years ago.
