I was provided a refund after having the roughest and most painful facial wax I ever had. The person was not only applying the wax hard, they jabbed and prodded my face with their fingernails, when they pulled the wax off it felt like I was being st#bbed and wh#pped at the same time. I had to tell the person to stop because it was hurting so much I was actually crying. I directly told the person 'you hurt me' where not only did they not apologise, they tried to claim I was on my period and charged me full price for an incomplete job.  After sending an email and was provided a refund, the owner apologied and offered to complete the wax. I refused to go back. Several days later the areas that were waxed e.g. near my eyebrows showed bruising and the skin later peeled, I also had soreness around my jaw from the waxing around my sideburns. Easily the worst and most painful paid service I ever had, I now have Vietnam flashbacks whenever I go to a new salon.

Tried getting my lashes done here from a recommendation I got from a friend and I was so impressed by my lashes! Codie listened to what I was looking for and the end product was amazing and exactly what I was looking for. Love love love!!! Would recommend!

I had always been a huge fan of the Cannon Hill Clinic and have been attending for various treatments for almost 18 months. Over the last 6 months, however I have been left feeling very disappointed in the quality of service I received.  Despite pre-booking with the same technician, I have been bounced between different technicians almost every appointment. The consistency, time taken and quality varies significantly between technicians. I chose to reach out to their support team and was told I would be contacted to discuss further. This never came so I have chosen not to return and would not recommend this Clinic or Brazilian Beauty.Services:&nbsp;Brazilian waxing

Been here quite a few times now and the staff are always warm and friendly. Always feel comfortable getting IPL here as well.

Absolute rubbish booking experience. Trying to book an appointment for my wife resulted in 2 weeks of back and forth only to miss out on a slot on her birthday.  Most of the problem is the main Brazilian Beauty website and customer service - so it's no entirely the Cannon Hill branch's fault. They told me I had to call Cannon Hill directly to book, but it was pretty much impossible to get them on the phone.
