Ordered Pretzel for the first time tonight and we were very impressed with taste, quality and packaging. My special delivery instructions were "put your best pun on the box" and I was not dissappointed. Overall great experience, will definitely be ordering again
Waited 30 Min for one pretzel to eb made. I think it was ready but they either didn't know or didn't look for it. Such a waste of time. And the cinnamon pretzel just tasted like a cinnamon doughnut, nothing more
Pretzel Carousel is one of my favourite places in Perth! The staff are all so friendly and the pretzels never disappoint! Their menu caters to both sweet and savoury and will satisfy your every need! Shoutout to Nyarko for the amazing service and chat!
30min wait for a pretzel promised at 10min. Seats were full of waiting customers, not enough seats for everyone. Very hangry. Don't get a pretzel if you are hungry, go elsewhere.
Honestly the best pretzels I’ve ever tasted to this day!! I couldn’t recommend this place enough, they have the best customer service skills as the staff are always lovely to me. The pretzels are always baked fresh and im obsessed with the cookies and cream one!!
So glad I found somewhere that has a few vegan option, and peanut butter and Oreo is the best flavour!! Delicious. I'm addicted. Staff were very friendly as well and happy to answer all the questions I had about how they make their pretzels etc!
