Very tidy and organised shop with a large variety of pastries and pieces. The decor is appealing and the shopping experience is comfortable. Unfortunately the prices are a little bit steep. Good for a snack, not a meal.
We always enjoy our breads and buns from this franchise. They sell plenty with many to choose from when it comes to bake goods. They are good but quite pricey and no receipt issued when you make your purchase.
Bought a Tiramisu cake for company afternoon tea. All the colleagues agreed that the cake was delicious. Not many places can make good Tiramisu. This Tiramisu is comparable to Ciao Italia version but at a lesser price tag. Personally, I feel that the pricing for the cake is good value for money.
They really have the softest and most succulent pastries there, it's soooooo good. And the price is justifiable. Because I love pastries. Why 3 stars you ask? Horrible customer service. Lady at the counter literally just gave me the EFTPOS machine and barely said a word. I wouldn't call it rude, but I don't feel valued as a customer you know... Cause I always shop there and at no point did she initiate conversation. I mean if you're anti-social, don't be a cashier....I guess it's just purely making money there huh? Its weird cause good pastries are made with love. I reckon the pastry chefs are a fun bunch... Kudos to the talented chefs there. Will only come back for the high quality product!
Breadtop has an amazing selection of savoury and sweet breads. My fav would have to be the curry hashbrown one. They also have a nice selection of cakes. Have had the tiramisu dog cake it’s super cute, nice flavour not too sweet.

Nice bread and cake that suits my Asian taste But a little bit expensive considering it’s mainly made from flour and cream

Today I went to breadtop carousel to buy a cake for celebrate birthday...but we found hair inside the cake...it was terrible ...and we try to call the shop many times but no one answer...will never come back again!!!
If you have any allergies don’t buy from them even if they say that it doesn’t contain any allergen , just don’t believe them. Asking them about allergen twice and they told us that it doesn’t have any allergen they don’t even mentioned the word traces which might have helped us in thinking twice before buying it …. Because of these Illiterate people a kid has got anaphylaxis, they are playing with the life of others ….
