Today date 10 November 2022 I visited this post office in Preston city center to do my digital passport service First I did not know what this digital passport service is, but nazreen explain me everything. Amazing staff, Nazreen fantastic service And very very helpful. And so friendly. Not only that’s she also helped me with my renew driving license same time everything in one roof. I don’t understand why people writing wrong things about this post office I can’t see anything wrong there all staff are good and smiley faces. Other thing I would like to say is when I entered in post office , it absolutely so nice environment and so nicely Christmas decorated branch I will give this post office 10 out of 10 I will definitely visit this post office again if I need any help because staff in there are helpful and care for people We need post offices like this in our community Thank you so much.
Went in 17th April. Went for printing and post stamps. Very disappointed in the service from the shop counter. Slow and rude. Otherwise a handy post office when using the normal postal counters. Tried to charge me £9 for printing, went somewhere else and got it for £1.50
This review is for Sarah Bapu in Preston Post Office. Every time I go into the post office in town I always receive the best in customer service. She is always pleasant and always serves with smile, even while dealing with sometimes irate customers. Her colleagues behind the screens are fantastic too but, even though she's on the other side of the post office, she's always got her eye on who enters and greets everyone, so I'm sure she's looking out for the safety and security of her customers. 5 Stars for sure more, if possible.
Visited this post office and received outstanding service from Mohammed. My husband and I were confused about the passport photo machine and Mohammed stepped in and helped us through the full process. It is very rare these days to receive should wonderful service and we are very grateful to him.
I don't often post as you can tell from my profile but I think really great service should be recognised. I recently moved to the Preston area and I have started to use the Post Office in Theatre Street a few times a week. The staff are just to helpful and friendly and I actually look forward to going in, the main chap there is a guy called Asif. The number of services they have is unreal - I even just bought my holiday insurance there and the cost was way better than anywhere else I contacted. The rate for currency was also the best I have been quoted. Go in and see what they have to offer - everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly.
Nazreen was amazing helping us to replace a paper driving licence and renewing a passport. She couldn't have been any more friendly or helpful. Five stars!

Nazreen helped me a lot while sending letters to my family abroad. She was patient and kindly explained everything although I’ve had a lot of questions. I wish there will be more post office workers like Nazreen
Before Christmas I was served at the counter by Postal Officer Nazreen who welcomed me to her position with a smile. I am disabled and was in severe pain having battled with festive shoppers. Nazreen served me very professionally, improving a difficult day and is a wonderful ambassador for the Post Office. Also, because of this review I have learned at an advanced age to use a "QR" code - I have been educated as well! Happy New Year to all at Preston Post Office, you do a great, vital service! Eric.
No one ever answer calls any time. Don't want to be rude but staff are average, doesnot help with brp, they just want 5 star review. I have been here twice and doesnot have any better experience than other post office, when we couldn't get brp in first time, Nazreen said she will call us if our file comes and she took our details. Forget calling, no one bother to answer any call ever. All they want is 5 star review. Cannot tell you how hard and frustrating it is.
