Lovely owner, freindly and knowledgable staff, oficient and attending fast to each customer.

I found them to be abrupt, rushed even when quiet, communication unclear and everything is a problem to do.  While newish to the franchise, it would be good to get some improvements in place.

I visited Preston lower post office few times. I always got impressive & friendly service from the ladies. I have done my passport there too. The lady was very helpful & cooperative. I really loved the service there. Thanks

Gud service. Very helpful staff

Came in to collect a parcel that wasnt at that post office but was at a nearby one on Murray Rd. Some confusion with pick up address as i misread details.  Brunette staff impatiently asked if i was going to pay for bills as there was a guy waiting behind me. Bad customer service , unfriendly staff. Never going back there again!!
