The coat washed as never washed, and they told me the stain cannot be washed because they tried the strongest detergent not same as the supermarket. Then I tried by myself by using the stain remover from the supermarket, it washable. It was my second time been there. They broke the buckles at the first time. And their attitude was disgusting too. I will never ever go back again. and I suggest that do not go there to wash any expensive clothes.Service: Clothing alterations & repairs
They helped me out by dry cleaning my suit day before wedding on short notice. Very friendly & nice ladies.

My partner and I have been using Prestige Dry Cleaners regularly for years. Yes, they may be occasionally grumpy, but I have never had any issues with items that have been cleaned. I will continue to use Prestige Dry Cleaners in the future.
I'm so offended by how I was treated by the ladies at "Prestige", I'm reluctant to allow even a one star rating. Despite the front desk being staffed when I walked in I wasn't even looked at, let alone acknowledged, to the point where I instantly regretting walking in there, it doesn't bode well for a quality service. After waiting to be served, I was treated like checking in some dry cleaning was a huge inconvenience. When collecting my order, I was somehow made to feel like I had overstepped the mark when I was at the door as they opened for the morning if people collecting their orders at 8am is too hard, open later and then got barked at when they messed up their receipt. I will never, ever go to them again - appalling human behaviour.
There is only one dry cleaners in Adelaide which do the right thing by their customers and the staff is well 6 stars for them, I had a repair done and I just couldn't fault her. If you go to Prestige Dry cleaners you will never go anywhere again,, they are definately the best in adelaide maybe even in Australia, Lyn
I agree with all the terrible reviews so far. If I could give no stars I would. The service was atrocious and incredibly rude. I had gone regularly and ignored the mild rudeness but today was terrible. I am never going again and would encourage anyone to avoid them like the plague. They are rude and obnoxious. Utterly unprofessional.
Worst customer service ever. I've used Prestige three times purely because of its convenience and every time on drop off and pick up, so that's six times all together they have been incredibly rude.
Tried to give support to a small business by going here but after my suit jacket was returned with a hole in it and they flat out refused any responsibility or to try and repair it I won't be back again.
Poor attitude to customer service - grumpy, frumpy and you get ignored....
