Rude. Condescending. Impatient. I had the feeling I was a mere customer interrupting the man’s day at North Adelaide. Times that by 10 for the cantankerous woman at Prospect. It must be such a dreadful nuisance to have a pleasant verbal exchange with all those pesky customers when you’re in the service industry.
