My back hurt for 20 years, my back now does not hurt. The chriopractic team are brilliant, however the person on the front desk needs an attitude check. The approach to clients is rather off putting combined with a tendency to gossip with what I assume is her sister in the reception area every time I have been there (may not be a relation just looks rather similar). I have dealt with Brad and others Mackenzie and I could give nothing but praise to those two and I am sure the rest of the team. It's a shame the front of house person let's down what otherwise is such a bright and friendky atmosphere. Remember the golden rule of customer service, smile when you are talking. I hope this feedback serves to better the experience provided at the front desk. It's not nice to feel like you have inconvenienced someone by calling up to make an appointment or even pay at the counter. In regards to chiros, I don't have a lot of experience but prestige came highly recommended and I have since been back for various problems which have all been resolved in one session.

Top place in Sydney to get your life back on track! Best service and great result straight away. Stop what your doing, if you have back pains or any other places in your body that are sore , this is the place for you!

I have seen Brad for over a year now and he is one of the best chiropractors I have ever been too. I have been to many other chiropractors, but Brad's technique is one of two that help me most and he's great at it. Thank you Brad for making me feel better.

I went to Prestidge Chiropractic last weekend for my first time and was blow away! Nick was my Chiropractor and he did so much more than just correct my back and neck. He worked on my neck, back and legs and really helped me more than ever. He did some deep tissue/stretching work on my glutes and shoulder blades that really made a huge difference. He really cared about helping me and getting me back on track. He is very knowledgeable and confident which made me feel very at ease and comfortable. It is a few days after my adjustment and my body feels fantastic! I am looking forward to going here for many years to come and I will refer anyone I know to this clinic as it is my favourite in Sydney for sure!
