Premier Medical Practice

I have attended this medical centre for a little over a year now. Dr Kwok Fa is lovely. He is non- judgemental and he practises holistic health care - and he has been instrumental in my health and fitness success. He devotes enough time to you that you do not feel rushed. He has a relaxed and caring nature. I feel I can speak candidly and honestly with him, and he accepts what I am saying. He also "walks the talk" and eats well and exercises well. He is a picture of health, so a good health role model. Decision making is a shared discussion. His fitness advice is real. His nutritional advice is spot on. So far I have lost 15kgs and 12% body fat through mindset, exercise, nutrition and adequate sleep. I'm so glad I chose to seek out this medical practice.

Dr Kwok Fa is a caring, friendly, wholistic doctor that takes time to talk to you about your problems. I like how he identifies with your medical problems and explains things very simply and practically. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good doctor.
