Price was good, delivery was prompt. However I ordered 25 bags of sand and on delivery the driver told me 12 were double booked and I would need to wait a couple of days. I said that was fine, 3 weeks later still no bags. I called up and got the standard apology and we will get them right out to you routine, a week later still no bags. At this stage I guess I will need to visit the store in person and physically just remove 12 bags from the premesis. I work in logistics, I know complications happen but the attitude here is just poor.

I bought the 50mm Tirari earlier this year to do my front yard. This was the best looking and reasonably priced grass I could find. Highly recommend this product. I did the installation myself and Sam and his team were very helpful explaining to me tips on the installation. Its been there for around 6 months now and still looks great, so much in fact I have decided to cover the deck out the back in the same product. You can't go wrong with Premier grass, I highly recommend them.

These guys are awesome. I was blown away by the level of customer service provided in what was a difficult situation. 

I placed an order on very short notice, the guys at Premier Grass worked very closely with me to ensure I was able to have my order filled and delivered on time. 

Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase synthetic turf. Best in the business!

The turf here is inferior in composition to the other big suppliers in the western suburbs of Melbourne but still a bit better than what's in Bunnings. Premier turf appears to be a mix of Chinese factory firsts and seconds.

Suggesting you compare their stuff carefully with the other warehouses before buying, or just give them a miss as the European yarn is better.

The team did a great job in my backyard. From the quote to the installation the management as well as the installation team was very professional and friendly. I strongly recommend them to anyone.
