I can't recommend these guys enough, Chris does an impeccable job and really knows his stuff. I've been a few times now and always leave happy with my hair, not just fine, but happy. Not only am I happy with it on the day it's done, I'm happy weeks and months later as my hair grows out. I've never had hair grow out as nicely as I have here, because of the skill involved. I'm usually a hairdresser hopper, in that, I usually just go to a hairdresser once or twice, then move on to someone else. This is the first place I've been to that makes me not want to go elsewhere. Chris is very professional and trustworthy, he really takes his time to make sure every little section of hair is done properly. He also makes me feel very comfortable during the appointment. I've been to places where they do a decent enough job, but I feel very awkward or obliged to talk/be silent. Any conversation we have flows very naturally, and is refreshing. As long I live in Melbourne, this will be the hairdresser I'm loyal to
On the day of my wedding I asked for my clip in hair extensions to be put in and curled. Chris teased my hair to the point of damage. He then curled really tightly. My hair looked like a pyramid. So tacky. I asked him to please fix them, Chris responded the curls would drop eventually and my wedding dress should distract from the hair. He then said we were out of time. His co-worker who is an absolute angel, but who's name I didn't catch. Came in and fixed it. I'm so grateful to her, Chris shouldn't be allowed within a foot of hair.
I could not have been a worse client, arrived very late, and asked for something complicated on difficult fine hair, but the staff were gracious, understanding, professional and flexible. The style was streetwear fabulous with modern French chic, in an impressive 15 minutes. Fabulous experience!Service: Hairstyling
Preen is an awesome salon and Ngari is just amazing , she absolutely saved my hair! My hair was brittle blonde and had many different bands of colour from my DIY home bleaching. Ngari completely fixed my hair colour in one session and it has not felt this soft and luscious in years! Highly recommend*****
I was recommended this place by a very dear friend. I have been coming for cut and colour here for a year now and think the service is excellent. Ngari is fantastic, she understands my needs and does a wonderful job. I would recommend Preen to everyone.
A few months ago I visited Melbourne and booked in at this Salon to get express curls. They were able to fit me in despite such a last minute appointment and hairdresser, Ngari, did the most INCREDIBLE AND STUNNING JOB. I haven't yet found any other hairdresser that could replicate the work she done. Absolute 5 star salon. Clean, friendly and all staff were super nice and helpful. Most definitely will be coming back here to get styled when I visit MLB again! Thankyou Ngari !!!!!
I had a really great experience at Preen. It's worth a flight down from Sydney! Chris was friendly and very knowledgeable, I'm glad I trusted him with my hair because I love my new cut.

This place never disappoints I got an Uber Kool undercut from Chris, he was very helpful in giving suggestions to modify the inspiration style I had for myself and how to style it. Excellent customer service Definitely recommend the salon
