My name is D'Artanian Dior, I am passionate, have an eye for detail, and I am attentive to my clients needs. I listen to what you want, but also tell you like it is. I will take your vision, work with your face shape, your style and your individuality, and create you a look that is uniquely yours.

Welcome to D’ARTANIAN Dior hairdressing dubbed to be Melbourne's best hairdresser, located in a boutique salon on The Nintth Floor of Melbourne’s iconic art deco Manchester Unity Building. The space is private and intimate, allowing for personalised, uninterrupted consultation and care.

I have been hairdressing for twenty years, starting my career in Adelaide when I was sixteen years old. I have always been inspired by the artistic side of life, and hairdressing has certainly allowed me to tap into my creative and competitive side, winning multiple awards in Victoria and Nationally.

After travelling and living in London for five years, I honed my skills at some of the most prestigious international salons. Training at Vidal Sassoon Academy in London and HOB Salons, I had the privilege of being mentored by some of the most world renowned artists, such as four times British Hairdresser of the Year Akin Konizi, London Hairdresser of the Year Darren Bain and Zoe Irwin world renowned session stylist. I am regularly involved in photo shoots for bridal magazines and in directing trends for truly contemporary hair work, having been involved with Fashion Week events in both Europe and in Australia.
