I had a fantastic experience at the Browns Plains branch today. I placed an enquiry early in the morning through the website and was promptly responded to within the hour with an appointment time. I arrived to my appointment and went in for a gender scan. All team are very professional and welcoming. The technician explained to me how the baby was laying, how she could tell the gender, showed me the position of her hands and feet and I got a good listen of her heart beat. I did not feel rushed at all, it was a very pleasant experience one I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get a 3d/4d ultrasound.

Fabulous experience today at Precious Previews Browns Plains. The technician was incredibly patient running considerably overtime at no extra cost as bub was covering his face. I have visited another 4D business and felt the experience to be rushed and routine. I would therefore highly recommend Precious Previews Browns Plains for a personal and individual experience.

The service was really friendly and pleasant and the scanning room was really spacious. Overall it is much better experience than the previous scans.

Went for scan and on first visit, the technician was brilliant. Our little one didn't cooperate so we were asked to come back of which we did. Make up visit and the technician talked too much giving me a head ache and making an enjoyable experience unpleasant. Then she decided which photos she liked and not what I liked and printed them .. most of the photos look the same and are blurry and small. On the CD, I noticed no photographs of the feet even though we looked at them which I'm disappointed about. Paid for a heartbeat recording on both visits ... the first one is great but the second one you mainly hear the placenta instead. I could do a better job with my at home monitor. I should have listened to my friend and never wasted my money coming here. I had a better experience at another place at 26 weeks and only went here as I was meant to have many family members in attendance of which this pace accommodates.
