Absolutely fuming with the service! I took my black jacket that has never been cleaned to get dry cleaned. The man checked the label and took the jacket never mentioning once that it can't be dry cleaned. When I picked the jacket up the edges were really faded and the overall look of the jacket just looks old. It turns out that the guy washed and pressed the jacket. If I knew he was going to do that I would have just wiped it down myself. My only option now is to buy a dye and hope it doesn't completely ruin the jacket.
