A lady I think her name is Cathy who receives the phone calls may need some updated training regarding her phone manner & her empathy while talking to vulnerable mothers. Absolutely no heart or effort in being understanding. After calling this morning enquiring about an app,  she advised me that one come up tomorrow, Cathy asked me why I wanted to be seen &  told me to get a referral today. I phoned up my doctors surgery and they were kind enough to give me a late notice phone consult to get this from the doctor. Cathy phones me back telling me my problem isn’t serious and she cannot see me until August. But said “ I’m sure it’s really uncomfortable” in a very condescending tone. Cathy- I really hope people don’t talk to you the way you spoke to me when you call for help.

As far as my first visit with a new doctor went - I couldn't fault it. I felt at ease as soon as I walked into reception. Dr Powell was attentive and caring and informative. I am happy to continue to see her into the future.

Was not a good experience, my friend and I went together and she was dismissive and condescending. And to top it right off she examined the wrong whole. A very traumatic experience on the whole.

Felt very dismissed. She spoke to me in a very condescending manner. Won’t be returning.
