My family and I have been patients at the Cotton Tree practice for 7 years and I would like to praise and thank all staff for the professional and excellent service we have received. We have been looked after with compassion, understanding and expertise, and have recommended the practice to many others. Visiting friends from overseas and extended family have also been provided with great service and been made to feel extremely welcome. We are so lucky to have this service in Cotton Tree and commend all of the doctors and supporting staff.

Highly recommended Cottontree Medical Centre. All the staff are respectful kind caring to all your medical needs. They are always welcoming with a warm smile as you enter. They are very accommodating to myself and my family when we attend the practice. Thank you!!

Thank you to Dr Rob Ingham and his efficient and friendly staff at Cotton Tree Plaza Medical Centre. For well over 20 years Rob has been our family doctor and his caring, compassion and professionalism over all of these years has been comforting especially at times when addressing health concerns or injuries have had to be addressed quickly ... Rob thank you for going beyond to keep my family’s health and safety at a premium.

They don't even deserve 1 star. I saw the same doctor at least 10 times in the space of a few months because I was feeling weak and tired all of the time and I was generally unwell. During my last visit the she asked me again what I was seeing her for as though she had never seen me before, and I had to tell her that she had sent me for a blood test and an X-ray a few days earlier and I was back for the results. She flippantly told me everything was fine so I decided to change surgeries as I had lost all confidence in her and that she was only interested in taking my money and not helping me. When my new doctor got my notes from this surgery he was shocked at how high was blood pressure was and how low my iron levels were and I was not being treated for either problem, so he immediately did more tests and put me on medication whilst doing further investigations. I had to go back there today to get a statement of my account to take to Centrelink because a Medicare rebate wasn't processed a few months ago, and the practice manager and another woman told me that they could not see if a rebate had been processed or not on their system. I explained that one of the staff there had already told me before that she could see that there was a rebate outstanding and both of them told me that I was making it up as they knew everything that could and could not be done on their system, and it was my own fault for losing my receipt in the first place and nothing could be done about it, and that the person at Centrelink who asked me to get a statement from them was also wrong for saying they could do that for me. They were both very rude to me and an argument ensued. In the meantime another receptionist came back from her break and immediately found the failed rebate transaction on the system, with the reason why it wasn't processed, and printed out a copy of it for me. I had no apology from the practice manager or the older woman for insulting me and upsetting me. I am pleased to say that I am feeling really well now and have lots of energy and all it took was some iron tablets and blood pressure tablets.

We came to this doctors due to another big doctors really upsetting us. While we understand that doctors have a very difficult job these days, what with unrealistic patient expectations, we have always found Cotton Tree Medical to be very competent, friendly, professional and by far our number one choice for our family. I also want to add that we made a mistake with our times one day, this was no problem for them and they slipped us in as soon as they can. One day my wife cut her hand quite bad, she was sewn up and back doing what she does within the hour. Nice work guys, we will always recommend you.
