Just a question does this store manager train their staff on what ‘customer service’ actually is? If I could rate a 0 I would, I feel irritated that I am even giving 1 star. I know the staff are quite unhappy being on minimum wage here but it doesn’t warrant you to make customers feel uncomfortable when finding it difficult to use other payment options because they haven’t used it before, HELP THE CUSTOMER!. Go to Postie Onehunga they’re way more friendlier and deserve the sale.
Tasha/Tash provided me with brilliant customer services in my previous visits at this branch. Tash always is very welcoming with a big smile & I adore her friendly disposition. She's Professional, competent, efficient & always goes the extra mile to assist me with all my purchases. Tash is an asset to this branch & Postie Plus is very blessed to have such a diligent staff. I highly recommend this branch
Fairly small selection of clothes and other bits & pieces - store seemed a bit pokey for a postie plus, but I guess it gives a few more clothing options if you cant find something you like at the warehouse.
Good prices and clothes but being a small outlet everything feels very crammed in with little room to move between racks.
Good range of clothing for all ages, helpful,staff and easy returns policy.
Bet then it use to be. Always out of my sons clothing sizes though
