Terrible service. Small parcel, Auckland to Taupo, been 7 days and still not arrived and been scanned in the courier van for 3 days in taupo but still not delivered. Local office no help, contacted main office no help. It happened last time this company was used. Don't use these guys
Very helpful had to change an address they did exactly what we needed,highly recommended
The slowest delivery service ever. Waiting for a parcel for over 12 days now!!! After calling I was told that delivery to a rural address takes longer...we live town centre??? Lady on the phone wanted to call me back, never happened – very disappointed about this delivery service, I would never choose it myself.
Fantastic Post Haste pickup point. Nice friendly staff.

Difficult to contact. Gave up in the end!
