Story

Bellvista and Bells Reach sales specialist and Real Estate expert since 1989, Dave Cooper, has teamed with his daughter Lani in “Positive Property People”, bringing personal service to residential real estate in Caloundra. Previously Ray White Caloundra South, it is now a growing family business with an enthusiastic team who are passionate about People and Property, thus the name!

We pride ourselves on being a true “Team”: the Property Management and Sales Teams work together to provide a full service to our clients, where everyone is treated with care and respect.

Licensee Lani Cooper has a long family Real Estate history, gaining her full license at 24, bringing her expansive industry knowledge and experience to managing the Positive Property People team. Lani moved to Bellvista from Brisbane with her husband Andrew, and has since been joined by their energetic son Connor who loves touring the various parks and play areas we are lucky to enjoy locally. She lives and breathes the local community, a committee member of the Bellvista and Bells Reach Community Association and foundation member of the local Lions club.
