Ray and Linda recently sold our 2 bedroom unit. It had been on the market with another agent for 6 months with only a couple of inspections and no real movement. Once we had Ray and Linda on the case things moved quickly. We were given advice on small touches to make the home more presentable . Within 4 weeks we had an offer at asking price. So very happy with how smooth everything went and the care and pride they took in selling our unit. I would not hesitate to sell or buy through them in the future
I have found Ray to be extremely professional in the respectful way he managed the selling process and the energy and effort he demonstrated in getting the best price for us. He has continued to stay in touch regularly since the sale before the finalisation date to ensure our concerns are addressed. We could not have been happier with his professionalism, expertise and service.
Ray and Linda are misleading in the way they sell properties. Ray said to me he had an offer... "just quietly"... The offer he claimed was considerably higher than the final sale price. He was clearly inducing me to make a higher offer knowing full well that no offer at that price had been made. Misleading and deceptive conduct. Offer 50k less than they advertise.
From the first meeting with Ray and Linda they talked and walked the walk. Always available, informing me every step of the way on the Selling journey. Most importantly we got the Result! Thank You Ray, you are the Best Agent around.
