How To Get There : Catch Tram 109 from Collins st City. Tram Stop, North Port

The cost of bowling is $20 per person for 2 hours

BBQ hire is $100 or kitchen hire is $200 this cost is waived when using the inhouse catering

Being a lawn bowler I'm a little bias meaning that I like to see them survive and continue. Today I was at the Port Melbourne bowl's club for a practice match against Port. This club is not your average club it's in a great location views are amazing. And the soul of the club it's members are a motley crew of all walks of life and what brings them together is the best social game ever. It has a fantastic atmosphere you can forget yourself the world stops once you go through the gates. There's bare foot bowlers there's players who play the game for a living there's young kids. It's definitely a place were time stops and you make good friends. Come for a drink and a guarantee you, you will come back
Good sized venue and a great day to be had for all. It's a very sociable place and perfect for large group functions.

Nice spot for a get-together on a warm day to try some lawn bowls : Staff friendly. Work function here, food was really good!
A friendly old fashioned bowling club. A bar for members and friends. Mick the manager welcomed us and gave us a bowl with some basic instruction. Enjoyed having a roll. Liked it. I think I might join and learn how to bowl properly. The patrons were a friendly down to earth bunch. More like big hearted country people than city people. Liked that. I'm a country boy.
Had our work Xmas Party here. Wow what a location. Lovely catering and so fun to play lawn bowls.

Great club, with one new grass green and a new carpet green. Very friendly and welcoming club with a relaxed and fun vibe.
I organised a work function at Port Melbourne Bowls Club for 25ppl which was held last night. We ordered the $25pp BBQ option with Pulled Pork. We hired 2 Bowling Lanes also. The food was absolutely sensational with everyone going back for seconds and thirds and everyone commented on how fantastic the night was. Thanks so much Port Melb Bowls Club! We will defiantly be returning in the near future.
We we're there for a Wake so it was a bitter sweet experience, but I loved the place. old school barman , no fuss just friendly and nice
