5/5 stars to Gaby for the massage. Highly recommend her and she's not the reason I'm giving this place 1 star. I took my 2 girls in for a massage with me. The receptionist said no problem. We filled out forms and all. While I was getting my massage, they tell my youngest she is too young for a massage and can't have one. So they sell her a manicure instead. I come out of my massage to find the girl crying. I said what happened. She said they just painted my nails. The receptionist says that'll be $50 for the manicure. In front of the receptionist, my daughter said all you did was paint my nails, there was no manicure. The receptionist goes away to consult with management and returns firm on pricing. What a sham. Very, very disappointing. Was meant to be a great family experience and this establishment ruined it all. My daughter removed the nail polish that night. There are so many other places you can go to in Port Douglas. Suggest you try them. By the way, this place sits above a noisy pub.

I just had the Indian Ritual Massage this morning and it was AMAZING! My massage therapist was so professional and amazing at her job. The place was very clean and welcoming. I walked away feeling fantastic! 
Highly recommended. I will definitely be back!

I question whether my masseuse was actually trained. After I had to stop him from being so gentle, it tickled, he then put so much pressure that I felt like I was on the football field. Awful and it has destroyed my confidence as to whether I would ever get a massage again.

Since January 2014 Port 'Douglas Day Spa in the heart of Port Douglas has undergone a major transformation....no longer the old Spa that received in the last years some negative comments...but a totally refurbished and stylish Spa with the most experienced staff in town and the possibly according our clientele the very best treatments and prices...

When you are in town come and see our friendly staff and book yourself in for a true holiday special....have a great time in our wonderful town!

I had the 60 min relaxation massage yesterday, highly recommended. The staff were lovely and the rooms were clean and well presented!
