I would like to say a huge thank you to Patrick and Jake? as they did an awesome job, very neat and tidy, and they were both very polite and respectful.   My partner is very particular - he looked over every detail and was very impressed – he couldn’t fault a single thing!  So well done to the crew – you have a couple of good guys there!

These guys installed the Airconditioning Systems around the house.Best service throughout.Would highly  recommend these guys.

Really disorganised and incompetent. Cancelled work last minute and then rescheduled and entered the property without permission. On first visit didn’t resolve the problem and overlooked the root cause which was a broken temperature probe on the compressor. On second visit were meant to arrive at 2pm but never showed despite multiple calls and being reassured they would be on their way all the way to 3pm to then only find out that they supposedly arrived at 12. We ended up without air con for nearly three weeks. Would definitely avoid and go elsewhere.

Thanks to Port City Airconditioning and Joshua for working on a Saturday in the heat!  The works were neat and tidy, tested and Josh was very polite and made sure everything was in order before leaving. My Christmas visitors will certainly appreciate some cool relief in this heat wave!

Great Service and price.  Nothing too hard.  On time every time.  Excellent products made to last.  I have used them on a number of projects from install to maintenance contracts.  The team just keeps on preforming.

Would never recommend. When a more expensive job comes in, you get bumped back until that job is done, in my experience that was going to be the following week. No consideration or compassion
