After initial contact with Andrew, and the diagnostic visit, I did have a few problems with communication, and a missed visit, however after my initial review stating my dissatisfaction, Andrew contacted me and explained his reasons, a new visit was organised and repair has now been completed which Andrew carried out free of charge as a good will gesture, this has restored my faith in his business, which is why I have now updated my review.Services: Electrical
I broke down on the evening of Good Friday and knew everything would be shut for the bank holiday weekend. I called Andrew desperate for help because we had plans to go away the following week. Andrew was at my place at 8am the next morning. After carefully examining the engine, he clearly explained exactly what the problem was. His willingness to come early meant that the necessary part could be purchased and my car was fixed by Sunday afternoon. Superb service!Services: Electrical
I contacted Andrew several weeks ago asking for his help with an issue with the electric windows on my car. We arranged for a day for him to come take a look. He cancelled with me on the day as another job had taken him longer then expected, but since then has just flat out ignored my messages about re-arranging a time to come back. I wouldnt waste your time trying to use his services as he's clearly over-stretched. ----------------------- Further to Andrews response below - you can add dishonest to my review. I attach a picture of our interaction below.
Today I contacted Andrew to help out as we discovered that the lights at the rear of the number plates of my son's car weren't working. Andrew came out and sorted it all out, standing in the freezing cold plus it started snowing but he finished it with a smile. I was recommended to Andrew via a colleague of mine for an electrical problem I had regarding my Black Cab not starting correctly. I had paid twice to specialist taxi garages prior to this and they had only managed to fix it temporarily. After a telephone consultation I arranged to meet Andrew at a convenient place a couple of days later. Communication was great, he arrived on time and within an hour completely fixed the issue. I highly recommend him and will be sure to contact him again with any other Auto Electrical issues I may have.
