My partner had these rogues out to replace the windscreen on her Mitsubishi ASX under insurance for $50, he asked if she would like the cabin filter checked and charged her $80 for a replacement. The filter sells at bursons for $24 and takes 5 min to replace, the fact she is on a pension and you can simply clean the filter unless damaged is a disgrace and I'd suspect targeting women.

Phoning them is hard work, you don't get to speak to anyone at the local workshops. Eventually managed to speak to a person. Said they could replace the glass in 10 days. Went to Pronto, they did it the same day, fast and friendly.

New screen for my ranger arrived broken so they went above and beyond by doing  200 odd k round trip to source another one and have it fitted all on the same day....greatly appreciated. Amazing experience. My brand new car got a stone chip on windscreen, the manager repaired it within 30 minutes and he did not charge any fees, as the car was 3 hours new, just picked up from the dealler, he showed the greatest empathy and compassion about cars. What a true gentleman!

Whilst the lads at Gladstone honoured their instore quote for my windscreen replacement I was horrified to find that when the next day I called the 1300 number to book my car in I was quoted double. Great service. Fast, friendly and affordable glass replacement and windscreen repairs. The seal popped out of my windscreen going down the highway after it had been replaced, and they had it fixed in mere minutes after my arrival to claim on the guarantee they provide on all services rendered at O'Briens. Thankyou so much for doing my window screen in 1.5 hours. The staff there are really professional and friendly. They even cleaned the rest of my windows and vacuum my car for me as part of their service, which was amazing especially because I live out of town and to be honest I wasn't expecting it. Thankyou for replacing my wiper blades too. Awesome job team.
