Called over a week ago to have someone look at my pool was told I would get a call back with a time still waiting a week late

great for chemicals, but if your pool needs a new part on site or a pool service go elsewehere. They take a week to even let you know you might get on the job waiting list! So if your pool pump broke on the day you called it could take weeks before they might deign to turn-up.
