My favourite store Love the service, products and range :-
Very disappointed and will not ever return to this shop! Purchased and item was not taken out of the bag but this store would not exchange the item as it was over the 14 day exchange period! With lock downs and well out of the 5km travel allowed you would think customer service and exchanging an item would be a little flexible! Item was not old stock as there were still the same item on the shelf! Wasn’t asking for a refund! Very disappointed! Would give 0 stars although unfortunately google won’t allow to post review with no stars!!! Have definitely lost my business from now on
What a fantastic experience. Had to return a product due to sizing, the turn around was seamless and effortless. Paula and the team are a shining example of fantastic customer service 10/10 Great online store too!
A good range and friendly helpful staff
Rang to see if item I was after was in stock. Assured it was. Confirmed size and colour..Yes..all good. OK...please hold...on my way... Drove in peak hour traffic 35 minutes to find wrong colour on hold. .Girl said...oh , I only heard style and size, not colour. Even though I double checked. Total waste of time. Not good enough in these tough times on a near $200 sale.
