Wayne and the guys did an excellent job installing our pool in a bit of a challenging location. We did have one minor issue, but they were straight onto the problem and got it sorted out promptly. Would recommend.

Wayne and his team were fantastic. Pool was completed in under a week as promised. The whole process seemed stressful but Wayne sorted everything ok. The space that we had was very tight but the team worked incredibly hard. Very happy with the finished pool.
Worst experience I have had with any builder or tradesman ever!! Updated - Wayne I just saw your response and it is completely untrue. You did $30K worth of damage to our house and and left it unsecured and dangerous. You only secured the site when I had made a report to WorkSafe and kicked your workers off site on the advice of WorkSafe. You then refused to repair the damage and tried to make me claim it on my own insurance. We had to fix all of your damage and deal with your insurer which delayed the completion of the entire project decking and landscaping by almost 12 months. You also stole all of the manuals to the pool equipment. There was not a case at VCAT, there was mediation and the agreement was that I didn't have to pay you the payments withheld because of additional projects costs but I did agree not to withhold my lost wages due to project management time required happy to post the settlement details if you wish. You also had to hand over the stolen manuals. I now wish we had rejected the mediated settlement and gone to VACT because you would have lost badly and and there would be a public record of what a type of operator you are. Anyone disputing this can search VACT cases online and see that there was never a hearing, you did not win anything and the you post is completely dishonest. Not only the worst tradesperson I have ever experienced, but one of the worst human beings I have ever encountered.

Wayne is eager to offer his advice based on many years in the pool building industry and was extremely efficient with getting our pool completed. All this in 6 days from when the permit was issued. The whole team are professional and we had an amazing experience. Would have no doubt recommending PIA to anyone considering installing their new pool.
Wayne and his Team did a great job and I'm very happy with both the service and the finished product. Access was difficult to my house so we went through my neighbours house and Wayne made sure that the neighbour was respected and well looked after. Neighbours site was protected with mats and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. The team that works with Wayne were hard working,friendly and respectful. Wayne was always contactable for questions during and after the process. I'm very happy with the finished product. I would definitely recommend Pool Installations Australia to family and friends and would use them again if I ever move house.
