for padangnese food lovers. this is the place that tastewise closer than other restaurants. price is quite cheap compare to other cuisine. serve in canteen style. and help yourself with drinks. service good or bad it depend on who is serving behind the hotbar.

Slightly above average food quality, ok price ($11/p for lunch). Would rate it 3.5 stars instead if given the option.

The place is not much more than a simple mom & pop restaurant, but the food is probably the best Padang food you can find in Sydney! It won’t be as spicy as what you eat in Indonesia but the taste is there. I always love their beef rendang, fried lungs, & brain curry. They have so many different dishes to choose from that will make it hard for you to decide.

My mum and I enjoyed our lunch here. Their eggplant and sambal were tasty. Parking can get a bit tricky with the ongoing roadworks around the area though.
