Hit and miss with the customer service - food & coffee is good, if this were better it would be a great place. Asking people to take their dishes back is kinda new, and I think if the customer service was on point a lot of people would naturally do it if you were busy.
First timer here at South Coast, found the coffee excellent and the Almond Croissant delicious, it was heated for me which I appreciated, I sat at the little table on the corner, staff were friendly, I like the aircon and the open space, plenty to look at.
Cold coffee, terrible taste. 3 stars only because they were quick.
Latte was cold on arrival to table. Almond milk was sour tasting. I left the coffee on the table.
