Consistently good quality food and coffee. I go in for breakfast at the Coffee Club Surfers Paradise every time I visit Surfers. Today I had their very tasty Breakfast Burger with bacon egg and hash brown. Last time I had their Big Breakfast Fry up which is a solid meal. Nice clean restaurant with friendly staff and fairly reasonable prices
I was pleasantly surprised as to how nice the coffee was here. Was not expecting much. But the coffee was great. Barista must enjoy her job . Not very busy atm post lockdown, but still a nice place to pause and rest my tired feet. Assortment of snacks and sweet cakes look delicious. Staff was very pleasant. Thank you
Can’t believe how they serve the avo on toast. It like bread and avo said hi to each others, and walked away. Over priced. Never again. Those guys can only survive with tourists, no one would go there twice. + rude staff
Went to the counter to order and got no greeting, there is no sign of hospitality. When the drink was brought to my table, the server just put it on the table and left, zero communication with their customers. Being a holiday destination they are not worried about being friendly. The fabric chairs were covered in food crumbs. Coffee was good.
Stood in front of the cashier to order coffee to go. It wasn't even that busy 7am and the 2 waitresses didn't even look at me or tell me to wait a bit. I know they saw me, since even the patrons was looking at me after I stood there waiting and waving at them for 5 minutes straight. In the end I left and got delicious coffee and Chai latte from a nearby cafe, which was busier but managed to serve me with a smile within 5 seconds of me arriving. I usually love coffee clubs but this is by far the worst experience I've had with the brand.
The worst food there was hair in the meal see photo it was disgusting paid $67 for a breakfast with hoilday surcharge and thats what you get
Beware PEOPLE OF COLOUR. The coffee club in Surfers had the WORST customer service towards me. As I sat at my table watching the way “other” people were being treated, it was clear to see the attack was personally on me and my family. We had our “dine in” food given to us in a takeaway form and when we refreshed the waitresses memory, she then came back, slammed the plates on the corner of the table and walked off. I’m left feeling as I’ve been indirectly been asked to take my food and leave. So not okay in 2023
Coffee Club on Surfers boulevard is perfectly located just a few streets back from the iconic Surfers Paradise beach front. The customer service was friendly and our food was brought out quickly. The falafel grill was delicious with a tasty vegan aoili and a garden salad. Healthy and hearty brunch meal. Cappuccino was smooth and not too strong. Just how I like it. Great spot to sit and watch the trains go by.
Call in for an early afternoon coffee whilst on holidays and get met with ‘we’re closed’ and then back turned on me - very rude. Close doors if closed and a ‘sorry’ wouldn’t hurt. Very rude the previous day when we had lunch staff member seemed miserable. Not a good vibe for a tourist precinct. I really wanted this to be my daily coffee spot but was disappointed.
Highly recommend it to everyone best service and selection of food and beverageFood: 5/5
