I used some their products a few weeks ago for the first time, and I must say I was blown away by the quality of the products that I used. The Sugar paste Icing was so smooth and easy to use, and it allowed for a heap of stretch without cracking. I also used some of their modelling Chocolate, and it to was fantastic to use. I would go as far to say the icing was to this day the best icing I have ever worked with. I would recommend their products to anyone working in the industry!

Being in the bakery industry for over 20years, I am so happy to be working with Vizyon products for the last 3 years. I would not go to any other brand for fondant, vizyon fondant is fabulous to work with, easy and taste wonderful!! I also use their mixes and glazes!! You wont be disappointed and their products are of high quality!!

Simons knowledge and product is amazing and I have not found a glaze that comes close to any of the ones from Polen Food Oceania. Thank you for your support and help.    No need to look further if you are looking for.  The Glamour Gold Glazes takes it the very next level.  You must try this one.  Thanks again.

I tried Vixyon fondant from Polen food and its absolutely the best I have tried, its flexible easy to work with and doesnt dry out like other fondants do, I give this product a 10 star review .

I used these products recently, and they were awesome, the service that I received from the team at Polen was exceptional, I would recommend these guys in an instant. WELL DONE TEAM!~!
