I used some their products a few weeks ago for the first time, and I must say I was blown away by the quality of the products that I used. The Sugar paste Icing was so smooth and easy to use, and it allowed for a heap of stretch without cracking. I also used some of their modelling Chocolate, and it to was fantastic to use. I would go as far to say the icing was to this day the best icing I have ever worked with. I would recommend their products to anyone working in the industry!
Being in the bakery industry for over 20years, I am so happy to be working with Vizyon products for the last 3 years. I would not go to any other brand for fondant, vizyon fondant is fabulous to work with, easy and taste wonderful!! I also use their mixes and glazes!! You wont be disappointed and their products are of high quality!!
Simons knowledge and product is amazing and I have not found a glaze that comes close to any of the ones from Polen Food Oceania. Thank you for your support and help. I tried Vixyon fondant from Polen food and its absolutely the best I have tried, its flexible easy to work with and doesnt dry out like other fondants do, I give this product a 10 star review .
I used these products recently, and they were awesome, the service that I received from the team at Polen was exceptional, I would recommend these guys in an instant. WELL DONE TEAM!~!
