Took my elderly mother there for a running shoe. The man who attended to her was so helpful and tried his best to find a suitable shoe for her hard to fit feet. Sadly, her foot was just too difficult to fit at that time but it wasn't for lack of trying on the part of the sales assistant. Would recommend the shop and staff. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Sold us floor stock shoes, gave them to my husband on Christmas Day and wrong size. Wouldn’t change size, apparently been worn. I spent an hour to get back to the shop on Boxing Day to Get yelled at by manager. The only thing that was marked was where the sizing sticker is on the bottom of the shoe. What a joke!!
Have been to this store so many times over the past year, the staff have always been so accomodating and its really nice to have such great customer service. The store is always presented well and you can tell the manager has created a great work environment and lively retail store. Will continue to visit Podium Brisbane. Cannot fault.
Cheaper shoes than the factory outlets themselves! Friendly staff and a wide range of clothing and supporter wear.
Very lovely guy there he persisted looking for the right shoe for me recommend this place
