This is my local gym, so I'm a bit biased but I do love this gym!  It's always clean and has a great atmosphere. The staff are very professional, friendly and always willing to help their clients.  It's got everything I need to get a great workout.  So no excuses, just do it! ;)

I have traveled a lot for work and have experienced many different types of gyms from big cities to rural towns, but Plus Fitness Minyama is by far the best gym I have been apart of. The family run business gives you a community and belonging but at the same time provides plenty of high quality equipment that one would find in one of the larger gym franchise chains. Couldn't recommend it more.

Been here for 6 months now and i have been loving it. always has a good atmostsphere and the staff and trainers are friendly, helpfull and easy to talk to.
