Of all of the cross fit gyms in the Caloundra area, this one is hands down the place to train. Owners have been in the game for ten years, train and compete themselves, able to customise / tailor for the beginner to the advanced and provide an amazing workout and support to the local cross fit community. Why would you go anywhere else??
