Such a supportive and friendly environment to be in! I love coming in and seeing how comfortable everyone is and as time goes I've seen pretty impressive transformations here too. It's literally a no judgement atmosphere and the trainers I've met are just amazing people. Can't ask for anything more :D

First two weeks in the gym, utterly clueless but Scott was fantastic - welcoming, patient with a complete newbie software engineer (read "weedy nerd") like me and he really knows his stuff. Happy to call this place my gym home, and anticipating each guided workout session. Excited for the future!

Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU for all of your help Scott and Team! I started at Plus in May, as a full time office worker who was experiencing back, shoulder and neck pain. The advice I received was significantly more helpful than any I had received from my Physio or Chiro. And I was able to conduct a lot of the work myself once Scott taught me! Working out at the gym was a great experience as Scott explained exactly why we were doing what we were doing, and how to do it in incredible detail (With noticeable improvements in my body!). The price was very manageable and allowed me to keep up the help, which I hadn't been able to do with other trainers. Thank you again and have a wonderful Christmas!

Such a great gym! I’ve only been a member for a short period of time but I felt welcomed almost immediately. Scott is such a helpful trainer and offers guidance and support if you’re new to everything like I am myself :). I’d definitely recommended this gym and have been enjoying going a lot!

Love the layout of the gym as well as the private room which I would often use to do pre workout stretching. The staff is the main highlight of the gym though as they are super friendly, bubbly and motivating :)
