They were very quick, efficient , and the cost was much lower than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Over the phone we discussed replacement taps, and the estimate included replacement of the associated plumbing - this wasn't necessary in the end so it was quick and cheap. So they are also honest (ie they didn't try and convince me to get unnecessary work done). Good value, and on time. I will be using them again!

Sean expertly installed my new stove. He was very quick and efficient as well as being very pleasant and helpful. I can recommend Plumbnorth for their excellent service.

We woke up to a pool of water forming behind the wall between the plaster and paint in our ceiling! I called Plumbnorth, and they arrived within a few hours and immediately detected the problem - a single rivet on our roof was leaking slowly. It was promptly fixed, and they also found several other rivets missing so replaced these and waterproofed it. I should also mention that we only just purchased the house and none of these faults we're picked up by the House Inspection that we paid over $600 for. They also checked the rest of the roof, eaves, gutters while they were here, and they did it quickly too. The wall is now dry, not rot or mould, and we've saved thousands in what could have been a very bad situation. Also, unlike most plumbers who shove a credit card machine in front of your face, I was told I would be sent an invoice later that day. I paid it immediately, it was half the price I expected. The call out fee included the first hour and the price was very reasonable. I know Brenton and some of his team and can honestly say these guys are the best plumbers in Cairns. Thank you guys!

Fixed several issues with my hot water service in Palm Cove whilst I was interstate.  Fast, efficient and incredibly professional. Highly recommended!
