This place is huge and packed with everything for the sports enthusiast. My husband needed a couple of waterproof dive flashlights. They had them at a great price!  Although they didn't have rechargeable batteries for them, they knew exactly where to send us to get them.

The new gas refill policy is retarded. Staff expect you to carry bottles round from the car park to the counter for staff to inspect them on camera. Bcf is on my doorstep and was my go to for camping gear and regular gas bottle refills. Props to Anaconda staff for just checking mine at the refill station. Looks like they get my custom from now on

I attended the other orange camping store and the staff did not wish to help or even acknowledge my presence,so I left. Greetings from staff at BCF soon as I walked in the door.massive difference Staff helped with my decisions with great input and am now  negotiating the use of my new stand up paddle board. Thanks for your assistance BCF Cairns you guys rock.

Good range of stock.  The club membership benift only offers normal retail pricing, while BCF pricing is marked up above other retail RRP.

Great visit for a quick stop. The employee that helped us, Zachery, was very nice, kind and went out of his way to make sure we got and knew everything we needed before deciding on a purchase. He was able to offer a lot of insight being a local in Cairns, which was above our expectations. The other staff weren't as friendly, but that might be because of the high standard set by Zachery. The only thing to complain about is the products were a bit pricey and the wetsuit size we were looking for was out of stock. But otherwise, overall great experience.

Nah I'll stick to the innisfail store  better service and staff help,
