Story

At Plenty, we plan to celebrate an abundance of locally grown food, and the people who produce it.

We aim to forge links between our city community and our regional farmers, and to help our children better understand where this delicious food comes from.

We will endeavour to serve meals without trickery, and showcase products with organic intentions and responsible origins.

As our enterprise grows, so too will our offerings. We will build a kitchen for demonstrations and participation. A pantry for pickling and preserving. A butcher's bench, a smokehouse, a drying room. An apiary on the roof. Perhaps a cheese cave underneath the old hardwood floors.
