Have to pay $5 for any alcoholic beverage and the lounge closes 2 hrs before the last flight leaves. Not a whole lot to recommend it really.

What kind of lounge doesn't offer complementary booze. Downright un-australian. Otherwise nice.

This is probably the nicest of the Priority Pass lounges I've been in, and somewhat on par with some of the major airline lounges (Swiss, Lufthansa, Eva, etc.). It was clean with nice updated decor, and the staff was exceedingly polite and friendly. Super quiet when I went. There is some hot food as well as cold wraps and sandwiches, and a decent dessert selection (tho the macaroons I tried were a bit stale). Not gourmet dining, but sure beats most of the non-first-class lounges I've found in America.

Went to the Qantas lounge first which was full. Decided to go to plaza premium and lounge experience was great, friendly staff, food was good and on par with Qantas and it wasn't busy.. Nice atmosphere.
