Some doctors that listed on website wasn't working in this clinic for a very long time but it never been updated. Those who still staying unfortunately difficult to book.  Saw  a new one which always available but she didn't listen and pushed to end the consultation. May look for a another clinic

Don’t book here unless you want to waste your day waiting here.. Booked appointment the day before for 11:30 AM, I was asked to call 30 minutes before the appointment to make sure the doctor was running on time so this must be a usual occurrence I called and was told to come in at 1 PM so we don’t have to wait around cause there was patients infront of me, I arrived at 12:50 into the medical center and then was told there was still 2 patients infront. at 2:10 I was called in… nearly a 3 hour wait. organisation is a joke. despite all the reviews reception was friendly

Highly recommended, booking system upgrade is excellent and easy to book online . I have been seeing Dr Raja Paul for a few years now , she is considerate and very helpful.Reception is great and welcoming! Great clinic ! 5 stars

Doctor is good but i always have to wait for two to 3 hrs even if I book the early appointments!!!nReceptionist was supposed to log me in however removed me in the system. You are asking for the patients to be respectful and nice, how?? Respect begets respect.

Tracy makes the experience at this medical Centre top notch. She is so friendly and lively and super helpful. I’ve never experienced such a bubbly and kind medical receptionist before.
