Dr Dan Uthman is a very meticulous and involved doctor. He will actually listen to your problems without the feeling of being hurried or feeling like he’s not listening to you. In fact he will listen to any problems and he has made correct diagnoses and started much needed treatments when need be. And also made progress with several conditions which other doctors have missed. Also he takes the time to discuss diagnoses and treatments and he has the patience to answer questions and allay any fears or worries you might have. He is also great with children and little ones, putting them at ease and making them feel comfortable. I strongly recommend this practice and its doctors.
Dr.Mariam Manib is really exceptional doctor, complete sympathy and professional treatment, I had the best service and care ever I received in my entire life, the follow up is amazing, even cutting from her personal time to provide ultimate care and assurance. She discovered my mum complex uniary tract issues, helped her to recover well She cured my son from prolonged allergy,no other doctor has been able to identify it She even helped my wife discover her backbone severe issue her ability to discover the most complex health issues made her my number one preference for my entire family ,, thank you for everything
Great doctors who are attentive and compassionate, particularly Dr Dan. However, the receptionist Belinda often sits around and ignores patients who walk in. When engaging with patients, Belinda is extremely dismissive and rude. It’s a shame because the doctors and other receptionists at this clinic are great.
Dr Dan is the only reason I come to this medical clinic. If it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t be coming here because the receptionists are terrible, like seriously they need to retire already. Is it too hard to smile and be polite? Especially the blond receptionist…
I am compelled to print this review in recognition of the exceptional service and care afforded to self and family by Dr. Dan Uthman. I have found that he will approach each consult afresh and takes great consideration in asking those questions which will shed light on what is causing our concern. Medication is not prescribed without due diligence and we are always guided through the diagnosis and then made aware of what was to be the likely outcome. All concerns are always addressed in a knowledgeable and comprehensive manner. At no time are we "hurried along". At all visitations we are greeted with a smile and every session ends with an expressed invitation to contact him at any time with concerns that we may continue to have. Dr. Dan has no hesitation to make full use of colleagues who have specialized knowledge in other allied fields. More often than not these follow ups are instigated so as to support his diagnosis and that the pathway set in motion to address our ailments are in fact cohesive with data derived. Dr. Uthman's concern for patient care is evident by the long hours he keeps. We have often received a call late into the evening, on one occasion texting a much needed script at near midnight. Dr. Dan is a much valued confidante, I trust him to provide a knowledgeable and balanced approach in his deliberation and the care passage provided. Dr. Uthman is an asset to this practice and any surgery that places excellence in health care as their primary purpose would truly value Dr. Dan Uthman as a member on staff. Tele.
5 stars for Dr Dana Uthman or Dr Dan as everyone calls him. He has been looking after myself and my wife for years, I always feel things will be ok when I see him. He is sypmpathetic and really listens, this is what impressed me from the very first consultation. He was able to pinpoint some health issues which had been regularly missed by other doctors I had seen in the past.
Dr Dan Uthman has been treating and looking after me and my family for years now. He saved my dad's life last year and he called him around 9 pm when some blood tests results came back and he even called ambulance to pick him up from home saving him form an imminent heart attack, he got him safely to Sunshine hospital ED that he has already called while the ambulance was on its way, On that night my dad got 3 stents within a couple of hours, the nurses at the hospital ,at some point, thought that you were his son,as you were still calling the hospital after my dad's arrival and during the time he was in theatre, thanks to you and to the doctors at Sunshine hospital my dad could play with his grandkids last Christmas. Dear Dr Dan, on behalf of my dad, myself and my family we are eternally thankful and we will never forget what you have done for us. Thank you , thank you, thank you and God bless.
I have worked ten years in healthcare and have never come across a more conscientious, proactive, and empathetic doctor than Dr. Mariam Manib- she is truly remarkable. My mother struggled with neglectful healthcare workers that never bothered to follow up, which resulted in complex health conditions that we could have avoided with early investigations. When I took my mother to Dr. Manib, she had a deteriorating quality of life, was placed on a long public hospital waiting list, and had lost complete confidence in her ability to manage her health conditions. Dr. Mariam Manib was highly diligent and always took the time to follow up and advocate for my mother when speaking to specialists and service providers. She was prompt and made sure to keep my mother in the loop with every decision she made. For the first time in my personal and professional practice, I witnessed exemplary patient-centered GP care. Dr. Manib is highly trained and very knowledgeable in her field of practice. She understands that health care is not just about prescribing medications- she takes the time to educate and inspire her clients to take back control of their lives. We are now at a point where my mother was able to have significant surgery completed due to Dr. Mariam's advocacy. My mother's quality of life has significantly improved, and she feels optimistic and in control of her health, all thanks to Dr. Manib. I am confident that without Dr. Manib's meticulous and professional clinical support, my mother would have fallen through the cracks of our public healthcare system. We now have our mother back, and we could not be more grateful. If you want the best care for your loved ones, I strongly recommend you seek Dr. Manib's services.
Dr Raja Paul is lovely to talk to and thorough in her assessments. Very thoughtful and conservative with prescribing medications, but does not hesitate to provide what you need. I’ve only once had a long wait for Dr Raja Paul which was due to an emergency and she was very open and apologetic about it, very much appreciated! Waiting room is a bit unkempt but otherwise, have only had positive experiences.
The only reason I come to this medical centre is because of Dr Dan. If it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t be coming here because the receptionists are terrible, like seriously they need to retire already … Not to mention the little ole lady, who’s surprisingly still standing on her feet she’s so old. I had seen her a while ago due to Dan not being available at the time and it was urgent. Instead of her giving me medical advise for what I came in for, she judged and belittled me for not having the vaccine. For one this is no one else’s business, i didn’t come in there to discuss that in the first place and then she acted like she wasn’t interested in why I was even there. If that’s the case, why don’t you stay home if you’re so concerned? I mean you work in the medical field … and you had a mask on. And also today, I called to get a medical certificate from my doctor that was going to get emailed to me. When I called back around 3-4pm to check up on where it was because I still haven’t received the email, I asked the lady if she could check up on that with my doctor and she straight up said no, she couldn’t follow it up because my doctor was with a patient??? Meanwhile I called back later again and the Asian receptionist who is actually nice said she would speak to my doctor so that I could get it emailed. The lady with orange and brown hair balding is so rude, always even makes me wait outside the clinic despite having a mask exemption too … and I got the exemption from my doctor at this clinic! How does that make any sense??? They need new receptionists because someone needs to get fired already, I mean just read the other reviews lol rudest people I’ve ever had to deal with. If they’re so miserable, they need to find another job cause working in customer service is not their strong point.
