I would describe Keilor Medical Clinic as a professional, reliable, and patient-focused clinic. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the doctors take the time to listen carefully and explain things clearly. The service is efficient, and appointments are well managed. Overall, it’s a place where you feel comfortable and well cared for.
Dr Dan from this clinic has been my family doctor for many years, Dr Dan takes his time to seek medical attention of all nature's to ensure you are content and explains each stage of your journey. Dr Dan also take care when explaining different aspects of any illness you may be experiencing. Making your consultation an easy process and I have never walked away thinking I forgot to ask or left feeling in the unknown.nDr Dan also take the time, with younger children to build a relationship with your child. Using his kind techniques to engage with children which we know as a parent can be stressful, Dr Dan makes this very easy and relaxed.nIf you are looking for a doctor who takes the time to care for you, or your extended family book with Dr Dan and I promise you will not regret meeting him and allowing him to be your kind, friendly family doctor.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for nearly 3 years.nnI want to start by acknowledging the good things about this clinic: plenty of appointment times you can nearly book a few hours in advance from Monday to Sunday, fully covered by private insurance and medicare for any doctor appointments after $40 paid for the first consult. That’s why I think it’s fair enough to give them 2 stars for this convenience and affordability.nnHowever, here are all the bad things about the clinic.nnI just had to pay $100 out of pocket for my Flu Test after being covered by nearly another $100 by my private insurance. I was shocked because the doctor didn’t tell me that I had to pay nearly $200 for a Flu Test.nnAfter sending a complaint to their email the one that you can see they used to reply to nearly every bad review here, I had to wait for nearly 2 months with no response until I called them to check in about the complaint, the manager got back to me with a message blaming everything on me as being “a private patient”. She replied “THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE DOCTOR”.nThat’s rude and unprofessional.nnI only requested their doctors to inform patients about fees before giving them any kinds of lab tests.nnThis is not to mention that two years ago, I had several urine infection tests with two doctors there and no one could confirm that I had infection nor found out why. I changed to another clinic and the problem was solved immediately.nnI never came back until recently when I really needed anti-biotics for my flu because I knew from two years ago that “you get what you pay for”. I get fully covered by my insurance with this clinic because obviously their service is not that good and they cannot overcharge for what they cannot do.
Dr Dedu is always caring and takes the time to listen. The reception team are friendly and make every visit a pleasant experience.
