bro i would literally love to work here, the music like 90s, 00s rnb hits & throwbacks is what drew me into coming inside. everyone who walks past platypus knows what i mean, THE MUSIC IS SOOO GOOD. the employees are very friendly & helpful, you have a team of very beautiful employees. keep up the good work &lt;3

Visited 16/8 afternoon. I didn't feel welcome at all and wasn't greeted. There were a bunch of girls sitting in the store chatting amongst each other no idea who the staff were maybe all of them?? Quickly walked throughout the store and left.

Purchased sneakers, socks and shoe spray, both staff/girls were extremley pleasant, professional and helpful. Nothing was a problem, and they spent the time and effort to help my daughter. When we had a problem with the shoe spray, they were helpful and fixed it straight away. Thanks ladies, keep up the great service, will be back again.  Tracy

One staff member was particularly rude to me and my wife, I give my best regards to her future within this company as I don’t believe it will be long lived. The service we received today was belittling and pathetic.  I will be contacting HR to have a word regarding this staff member.

Goods - standard pricing, mid-range stock in-store.  Service - exceptional professional and friendly customer service, informative and customer specific.  Location - isolated shop from main entrance of The Plaza mall, clean and tidy shop, music at a nice low level, cramped and costly parking in The Plaza mall.  Return? - Yes definitely

Wish I knew the girls name who served me! But she was lovely! Noticed me looking at the shoe cleaning products having no clue what to get and she cane straight over and helped me out! Showed the best product to use and then proceeded to give me a run down on how to use it! Genuine and nice girl too!

Awesome stole the large election of shoes and other Street accessories in Australia as well as products to care for your new shoes. The staff are real attentive and really caring but at the same time they weren't over the top or just looking to make a quick sale they actually cared about what we were looking for.

Nice variety of shoes had to get a refund because the shoes I bought didn't suit my style and there was no trouble about it so I was impressed

Anderson I think his name is sorry if it’s not. He gave me the best retail service I’ve seen in a long time and I work in retail myself. Was super easy going, gave great advice about the shoes I was purchasing and about other products. Keep up the good work

Everytime I go in here they acknowledge my arrival with a genuine friendly hello, they are helpful they are top, store tidy, organised and an awesome atmosphere. Great work team. Thanks for a great shoe shopping experience.
