For many months I have seen Abby for regular appointments as well as her pre- and post-natal Pilates classes which are ace and very enjoyable, and Jane for pre-natal and after baby is born will return for post-natal appointments and cannot recommend them highly enough. They are friendly, caring, professional and knowledgable. They email and call to check on you, which is above and beyond in my eyes none of my previous physios have done this? and makes you feel very well looked after. You will get a high level of service here.
Great place to go for targeted strengthening and to fix any sport related pain. Very helpful and competent staff. I have been going regularly for over a year for continuous improvement and am feeling the positive impact in body strength and general fitness.
Rodney and the team at Platinum Physio are excellent. I highly recommend their services. They are a very skilled team with great knowledge and my whole experience was first class due to their care and attention. I was training for an endurance race when I started working with Rod and he got me in perfect condition for the event. Big fan! Thank you!
Have been going to Platinum Physio in Caulfield for a few months, and can't recommend them highly enough. Olivia has been so wonderful with her treatments, and I love our weekly Pilates sessions - fun and hard work. She is thorough, and has helped my pain diminish, and my strength improve. Not to mention, all the staff are incredibly friendly, it feels like a big family! Highly recommend.
I have been using the services at Platinum Physio Caulfield for almost 6 months. Working predominantly with Adrienne, she is reliable, likeable, friendly professional who is also sympathetic to my injury. Adrienne is open to trying new treatments and exercises and even consults with other professionals and conducts research when a case appears not within the “norm” for recovery. All the staff are welcoming and greet me upon entry, seem genuine as to how I’m feeling and are friendly. I have, and will continue to recommend their services to family, friends and the general public.
I can’t thank Platinum Physio team enough! Especially Adrienne, who helped me quickly achieve my goal to walk with no pain. I have suffered with comminuted fracture of navicular bone on left foot with CRPS symptoms and severe pain due to a road accident injury. Adrienne Wright is very professional, friendly, articulate, knowledgeable and empathetic. I remember that I was walking with crutches which resulted in very poor mobility. But thanks to Adrienne and Lilly, both of them carefully trained me and always come with innovative exercises which improved my mobility a lot. I will miss my hydrotherapy sessions with Lilly. Hydrotherapy was best for my rehabilitation. Lilly was very supportive during hydrotherapy sessions as I was not confident to enter in pool but Lilly was very supportive throughout and gave me confidence to gain my strength back. Adrienne is very responsive to attend all queries. Platinum Physio staff always efficient, greeted me with a smile. Thank you Adrienne and Lilly for looking after me. :
First time ever visiting a Physio and was recommended by my partner. Ben was absolutely fantastic and I left with gaining a lot more movement in my neck and shoulders after an injury at the gym. Lovely team and a fresh, clean clinic. See you next week. 5 stars!
Have been doing Pilates at Platinum Physio Caulfield since they opened. The staff are great, very efficient, professional and caring. The class I do is tailored to my needs by my physio. I have also been doing Hydrotherapy through Platinum for many years. I can recommend Platinum Physio's services highly.
I have been getting my treatment for my left knee with Rodney Grof principal physio at Caulfield since April this year. I highly recommend platinum physio especially Rodney and Sarah. I have made an incredible recovery with the help of Rodney. I was recommended surgery for my ACL rupture in my left knee. But I wasn’t very keen on surgery and wanted to explore other options before I went under the knife. I was referred to Rodney by my doctor and since then there was no looking back. He went over my reports, addressed my concerns and was happy to work with me and help me recover. He had a very different approach to my treatment and was passionately helping me recover. Before Rodney I had seen 2 physios for the same injury and they both were adamant on me getting a surgery. They didn’t understand my concerns and weren’t flexible in their treatment at all. I’m so glad that I found Rodney. All the staff at platinum Physio Caulfield are amazing. Great customer service skills. They are very accommodating. Platinum physio has top of the range equipments to help you with your recovery too. I highly recommend Platinum physio. 5 stars for Rodney.
Visited Platinum Physio the first time and can't thank Laura enough for the time she spends with me on my rehabilitation from a MS diagnosis. Definitely be coming back here because she is working wonders for my recovery
