Despite this business being very busy, my new toilet was installed soon after ordering. The guy sent to complete the job worked non-stop and was cheerful, competent and considerate. Definitely a 5 star experience.

I had them come to rectify a problem after a previous repair. The problem was fixed by replacing a pipe. Although I did not agree with the invoice they sent me to fix the issue after talking it through with them they did sort it out and I was happy with the result. In the end its the putting right that accounts more than anything and i appreciate the way they did it. On this experience I can recommend them and would do so myself
