Can't even give them one star we have been waiting 3 months from their quote to get our bathroom fixed and all the plumbing upstairs re piped. In the end another plumber who actually turned up when he said he would re quoted coming way under laser's quote and we got them to do the job. Its a big thumbs down to this company.

I recently approached Laser Plumbing of Taupo as my waste disposal was blocking regularly & giving us issues. Laser helped me by giving me options as to what brand to replace it with & giving various price levels. The result was a fantastic replacement "gobbler", so quiet, efficient & affordable. I found dealing with Laser Plumbing Taupo very easy and informative and would definitely recommend them for any plumbing advice or problem.

We urgently needed a plumber in our restaurant, Laser Plumbing Taupo sent out someone immediately, were very efficient in repairing the problem, which in a busy restaurant, being fast is key. They advised what we needed to do to ensure no further visits from them, very proactive. Extremely happy with service and professionalism, wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

The team at Laser Plumbing Taupo are so helpful. I found them to be friendly and eager to please. Any questions and they were only too happy to help or sort out. Fantastic teamwork which is sometimes rare to find.
